RETURN POLICY

For defective or damaged physical products, please contact us to arrange a return.

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

You are responsible for returning eligible items to us. However, we will refund the original shipping cost along with your refund or replacement. In exceptional cases, we may arrange the return pickup. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Returns are only accepted if the buyer has made a proper uncut unboxing video of the product on arrival and the item has flaws other than if any listed on the product description.
  • We will not accept any type of damage/defective, seal broken or wrong product from customers and such a product will not be eligible for return/refund.
  • In case the product get damaged during shipping back process the buyer will be the one to bear the consequences. However a video proof will be provided by us to the customer for the same.
  • You must return the product with proper packaging in order to avoid any shipping back damages.

REFUND POLICY

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank/wallet statement, depending on your payment method.

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:

  • Digital Products

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you want to cancel the order before your product has been dispatched, we will refund the order amount after deducting a nominal charge of 3% of the order value within 24-72 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
  • If your product has been dispatched or delivered to you then we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping charges (both side) and a nominal charge of 3% of the order value within 24-48 hours after receiving back the product.
  • Whenever you place a cancellation request please let us know via Email/Whatsapp/Phone to accelerate the cancellation process.
